Handicraft Trade Fair , 2011
Through media of exhibition, publicizing on Nepalese handicraft products in a bid to enhance export trade and market promote of it in the country and internationally, FHAN have had organized handicraft trade fair for eight times. 9th Handicraft Trade Fair, 2011 will be held in Vrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu from November 24 Thursday till 28, Sunday, 2011 (Mansir 8- 12, 2068).
Objectives:
1. To expose the participants with process, procedures, regulations and values of trade fairs.
2. To prepare the participants for participation in international trade fair.
3. To provide the opportunity to participants to witness the competitor's product.
4. To provide forum for direct meeting between local exporters and producers of handicraft.
5. To provide opportunity for meeting of would be foreign buyer and local seller of handicrafts.
6. To apprise the local consumers and concerned traders about the various handicrafts and
new products produced in the country.
Promotion : Announcement Letter, Brochure, Color poster, Leaflets, Banner (street), Tools Radio, T.V.,
Trade fair web site, E-mail, Daily Newspapers, House bulletins, Direct contact with potential participants
through phone and fax.
